How can I request a VAT invoice?

Unfortunately, the invoice feature in the app is not working as expected, and we are currently working on improving it.

In the meantime, you can still request your VAT invoices via our customer support portal.

To ensure your request is processed correctly, please specify the period for which you would like to receive an invoice.

To create a ticket for our Customer Care team:

1) Go to our general contact form.

2) Fill in the required personal information.

3) Select your member type.

4) Choose Payments as the category.

5) Select VAT invoice request as the sub-category.

6)In the description box, specify the period for which you want to receive the VAT invoice.
