How can I cancel via the app?

If you’re out of contract, a one-month notice period is required to cancel your membership. If you’re still within the initial contract term, the earliest cancellation date will be your contract end date. You can find the end date of your membership in the app under Studio > Self-service > Contract data.


Here’s how to submit a cancellation request via the TrainMore app:

1) Open the TrainMore app

2) Go to Studio.

3) Select Self-Service.

4) Tap on Contract Data, then on your active membership.

5) Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation.

6) Select your membership end date.

7) Provide a reason for your cancellation and confirm your request.


Your cancellation will be processed, and you’ll receive confirmation by e-mail. You can also check the exact cancellation date in the Messages section of the app.
