How can I freeze my membership?
If you need to pause your membership due to illness or injury, TrainMore allows freezes from one month up to a maximum of six months per every 12 months. Here’s how to request a freeze:
1) Open the TrainMore app and navigate to Self-service> Idle Period
2) Upload documentation based on your Medical Situation: Provide a doctor’s note, physiotherapy note, or specialist appointment confirmation.
3) Ensure your document includes your personal data that matches your membership.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed. You’ll receive confirmation if it’s approved, or guidance if other documentation is needed. Be aware! We can only start the Freeze after we have received the required documents. Freezing retroactively is not possible.
