How can I cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period?

If you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can only cancel your membership without a fee if you have not used the facilities. 


If you have visited the club, charges apply as follows: 

- 0-1 Visit: No fee charged 

- 2-3 Visits: Day pass fee per visit will be applied (this amount varies between €10-€30 depending on the club) 

- 4 or More Visits: A flex membership fee will be charged. 


Here’s how to submit a cancellation request via the TrainMore app: 

1) Open the TrainMore app and go to Studio.

2) Select Self-Service. 

3) Tap on Contract Data, then on your active membership.

4) Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation 

5) Select your contract-end date

6) As cancel reason specifically select '14-day cooling off period' 

7) Confirm your request. 


Our team will review your submission, and if it’s approved, you’ll receive a notification confirming the updated cancellation date. Please make sure to check your financial account in the app under Studio > Self-service to see if any outstanding fees remain. If so, you can easily settle them through the app.
