How do I cancel my Personal Training membership?

If you have Personal Training with a TrainMore-employed Trainer, you can cancel your PT membership in the app. 

To cancel a personal training membership (additional module) in the TrainMore app, follow these steps: 

1) Open the app 

2) Click on Studio, and then tap Self-service 

3) Tap Contract data and tap on your active memberships. 

4) An overview of your current membership will open. Scroll down to find your personal training membership module.

5) Tap on the additional module you wish to cancel. Click on Cancel add-on module. 

6) Indicate the date per when you would like to cancel the personal training membership module and the reason for doing so. 

7) Confirm with Cancel add-on module.

If you have Personal Training with an independent Trainer, please contact the trainer directly for the management of your Personal Training membership.
