How can I cancel my class booking?

To cancel a class booking at TrainMore, follow these steps: 

1) Open the TrainMore app 

2) Go to Home, and find the class you want to cancel in the section My appointments 

3) Click on the class you wish to cancel 

4) Confirm your cancellation with Cancel booking, and "Yes".

*Kindly note that you can cancel your class no later than 12 hours before it starts.
