How can I apply for a club or membership change?
Do you want to switch from TrainMore club? Great news—it’s all possible!
You can always upgrade your membership at any time, as long as the price remains the same or increases and the membership duration is no shorter than a 1-year membership.
If you’re currently benefiting from a promotion, the promotion and its original end date - will be carried over to your new membership. After upgrading, you will be billed the base amount for your new membership every four weeks.
If you have a two- or three-year membership, you can request an adjustment to a shorter membership duration (excluding Flex). However, you will need to pay back the difference in membership fees resulting from the discount you originally received for committing to a longer-term membership. Please note that a change request requires entering into a new contract with a minimum term of 1 year.
Downgrading to a lower-priced membership is only possible when your current initial membership contract has finished or if the request is made as a result of relocation.
Have relocated closer to another TrainMore location? If so, you can keep your old contract end date - please upload documentation supporting your move, such as address change confirmation from the municipality or new rental agreement in the change request form.
If you upgrade to access all Regular Labels (€72 every 4 weeks) or all Black Labels (€95 every 4 weeks), new promotional discount offers do not apply.
