Where do I find my finanical history in the app?
You can easily find your billing history in the TrainMore app by following these steps:
1) Open the app and go to Studio, then select Self-Service.
2) Tap on Account.
3) Here, you can view your financial history.
4) If you have an outstanding balance, click on Balance Account.
5) Tap on Continue Payment.
6) Select your preferred payment method and tap on Pay Now.
This allows you to stay updated on your billing details and manage any outstanding payments.
In the app, you can view for which 4-week period you have paid.
If you see two periods with similar dates but different amounts, this is most likely because you've recently had a membership change and our system made a recalculation. Please always compare with your bank receipts to verify what you've actually paid.
