My automatic debit has failed, what should I do now?

You can check if you have an outstanding debt in the TrainMore app. It is also possible to then immediately pay the outstanding debt via the app. 


Follow these steps: 

1) Open the app and go to Studio, then select Self-Service. 

2) Tap Account. 

3) To settle outstanding debt, click on Balance Account. 

4) Continue by clicking on Continue to payment and Pay now 

5) Select your desired payment method, and follow the instructions of the selected payment provider.
