How does the euro discount per workout work?

Members of TrainMore with a Flex, 1-year, 2-year (or 3-year membership) receive euro discount per successful visit.


This discount is deducted from the automatic debit of the next 4-week period. 

Please note, you will not build up any visit discount during a free promotional period, and your first membership fee payment will not include any visit discount.


If you cancel your membership (which we hope you won’t, of course), you will no longer receive a discount after your last payment, as there will be no more automatic debits to apply the discount to.


Your workouts are automatically tracked and converted into discounts for the next period, only when you check-in using your QR code from the TrainMore app.


You can accumulate a maximum discount of 1 check-in per day. Multiple visits per day do not result in additional discounts. Also, there must be at least 30 minutes between the check-in and check-out times to receive a visit discount.


To see how much discount you’ve accumulated, go to the TrainMore app > Studio > Self-service > Check-in History.

Make sure to check the date range of your current 4-week period and count your check-ins within this timeframe. This will give you an estimate of the discount applied to your next payment.


Please note that the app shows your number of check-ins per month, while your membership is billed every 4 weeks. This means that your total number of check-ins per month may sometimes be spread across two billing periods. As a result, the calculation of your euro discount may not perfectly align with the numbers you see per month.
