How do I access my InBody composition results?

    To view your InBody Composition Analyzer results in the TrainMore app, you need to be at your home club and use the InBody machine located there.


How do I use the InBody machine at my home club?

  1. Enter your customer ID into the InBody machine.
  2. Complete your body composition scan.
  3. Open your TM app and navigate to the "Check Up" section to view your results.
  4. Don't forget to make sure your app is updated.


Where do I find my customer ID?

    Your customer ID can be found in the email sent on September 17th titled "Big news: InBody scale new at your club" If you cannot locate this email, please visit the front desk and a host will assist you. Please note that this is not the same as the member ID that you can see in the app.


What if I'm visiting a different club (cross visit)?

    If you're doing a cross visit at a club that's not your home club, enter your phone number into the InBody machine instead of your customer ID and download the InBody app to see the results.


How can I get more detailed results?

    For more in-depth results, you can:

  1. Enter your phone number into the InBody machine.
  2. Download the official InBody app to access comprehensive analysis and tracking.


What should I do if I can't find the September 17th email?

    If you cannot locate the "Big news: InBody scale new at your club" email from September 17th, simply visit the front desk at your club. Our hosts will be able to help you find your customer ID and guide you through the process.


What if I signed up after September 17th? 

    If you are a new member that signed up after September 17th, please look for the follow-up email sent, titled "Get a full picture of your body composition with the InBody scale".
