How can I withdraw my cancellation request in the app?

If you’ve changed your mind and your membership is still active, you can withdraw your cancellation request with these steps:


1) Open the TrainMore app and go to Studio.

2) Select Self-Service.

3) Tap on Contract Data, then select the cancelled Active Membership.

4) Click on Withdraw Cancellation and confirm by clicking OK.


Your membership will remain active, and the cancellation request will be withdrawn.
