Where can I find my financial reminders about any outstanding debt?

The financial reminder will be sent to you via e-mail. Look in your TrainMore app, which e-mail is registered to your TrainMore account.

1) Open the app

2) Navigate to studio 

3) Select member data

4) See contact details

Make sure that you are subscribed to the TrainMore app communication settings for  'membership' to guarantee that you will receive these financial reminders.
