How do I unsubscribe or re-subscribe from any communication?

Steps to unsubscribe from the marketing e-mail types:


Events: mails about events in existing clubs

Automated campaigns: e-mails about TrainMore challenges or onboarding for new members

Newsletters: e-mails about the opening of new clubs, new equipment, latest fitness news, etc.

Promotions: e-mails about sales, renewal campaign, and promotions

Non-Marketing e-mails about your membership: e-mails about your membership itself, including membership fee changes.


1) Find the unsubscribe link: At the bottom of any e-mails you receive from mailing@TrainMore.nl, there’s an unsubscribe link.

2) Click the Link: Follow the prompts to remove yourself from future mailing types.


If you’d like to resubscribe, revisit a previous e-mail, click the unsubscribe link, and follow the instructions to reactivate your subscription.


Steps to unsubscribe from the TrainMore app notifications (membership management requests, appointment reminders, class bookings & purchases):

1) Log into TrainMore app

2) Navigate to studio

3) Click on Self-service

4) Select communication

5) Adjust preferences as desired
