Can I apply for an early cancellation?
Heads-up! Early cancellation requires a promotional payback, as the agreed-upon initial contract term was not completed. If you need to cancel your membership early due to medical reasons or permanent relocation, start by submitting a cancellation request through the TrainMore app. The app will set your cancellation date to the end of your contract period.
To request an earlier date, follow these steps:
1) Visit our Customer Support Portal website page
2) Fill in all the fields
3) After member type, select Early Cancellation Request
4) Choose the reason for your early cancellation request
5) It is obligatory to upload the required documentation to support your request, otherwise your request will not be reviewed.
Accurate documentation of proof: work contract agreement, house purchase deed, rental agreement, municipality registration confirmation, medical letter or hospital appointment letter.
Our team will review your submission, and if it’s approved, you’ll receive a notification confirming the updated cancellation date.
Please make sure to check your financial account in the app under Studio > Self-service to see if any outstanding fees remain. If so, you can easily settle them through the app.
Be aware! We do not process early cancellations retroactively.
