Can I apply for an early cancellation?

If you need to cancel your membership early due to medical reasons or permanent relocation, this is possible. We kindly remind you that breaking the contract early requires paying back the promotion received during registration, as the initially agreed upon term for which the promotion was given is not being completed, and that it can only be processed if accompanied by supporting documentation, as per our Terms and Conditions.

To note: this only concerns the promotional discount/free periods used until the new membership end date, which will be determined by your early cancellation request submission.

Acceptable documents: work contract agreement, house purchase deed, rental agreement, municipality registration confirmation, medical letter or hospital appointment letter. Without supporting documentation, the early cancellation cannot be processed.

To request an earlier cancellation, follow these steps: 

1) Open the Early Cancellation Request form: Submit: TrainMore 

2) Fill in all the fields 

3) Upload the obligatory document supporting your request

Our team will review your submission and email you back with a confirmation or a rejection.  

Please be aware, we do not process early cancellations retroactively but once we receive the document. A 1-month notice period will be started, at the end of which the membership will terminate. Your last bill will also be calculated accordingly.
