Why does the date format look incorrect in my TrainMore app?
If the date format in your TrainMore app looks different from what you expect (for example, showing MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY), this is determined by your phone’s Language & Region settings.
The TrainMore app automatically uses the date format associated with your device’s language settings.
To display dates in the DD/MM/YYYY format, please adjust your device language accordingly. Note that the date format will change automatically based on your selected language. For example:
- If English (US) is selected, then the formal will be MM/DD/YYY.
- If English (UK) is selected, then the format will be DD/MM/YYY.
For iPhone (iOS):
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Go to General → Language & Region.
- Tap Add Language under Preferred Languages.
- Add English (UK) from the list and set it as your primary language.
- Close and reopen the TrainMore app.
For Android:
- Open Settings on your Android phone.
- Go to General management → Language.
- Tap Add language, then choose English (United Kingdom).
- Move English (United Kingdom) to the top of the list to set it as your main language.
- Close and reopen the TrainMore app.
Once your phone’s region is set to English (UK) or another language that shares the same date format, the app will automatically display dates in DD/MM/YYYY format.
