I have been transferred to the collection Agency, how does this work?

If your account has been transferred to a collection agency, they will now handle any outstanding membership payments. Please contact the collection agency directly for assistance and inquiries. 


Club Access: Until the outstanding balance is settled with the agency, your club access will remain temporarily suspended. 


The collection agency will process payments twice a month. Once we have received your payment from the collection agency and updated our system, your access and payment will be reactivated, and we’ll resume any regular direct debits.
