Which membership options do you offer?

Our memberships are built around access levels, so you choose exactly which clubs you want to

train at:

Home: access to one club, the club where you signed up (your home club).
Area: access to all clubs in one part of your city. Currently only available in Amsterdam, which is split into six areas: Central, North, West, South, East and Zuidas.
City: access to all clubs in your city.
Country: access to all TrainMore clubs in the Netherlands

Every access level can include Regular, Red Label and Black Label clubs. The label only tells you

what type of club it is.

Prices differ per access level and also depend on your club and city. Check our Join Now page for our current prices and offers.

Good to know: joined before 2 November 2026? Then your access is still based on your current

membership. Nothing changes until you next change or extend your membership. See "What
