Which TrainMore clubs have a sauna?

TrainMore offers two types of saunas: standard Finnish saunas and infrared saunas. To find out which clubs offer each type of sauna, click the links below:

Make sure to read the sauna rules at your club carefully before using the sauna for the first time. Please note that the house rules differ for each type: 

- Infrared saunas must be used with bathing clothes for hygiene reasons. 

- Finnish saunas must be used without bathing clothes for optimal hygiene and effectiveness. 

Most saunas are located in separate men’s and women’s changing rooms. Only at Roelof Hartplein, saunas are in a mixed-gender area, with specific sauna rules in place.
