Is there a minimum commitment period for memberships?

Yes, our Flex Membership has a minimum commitment period of just one month. 

Here’s what you need to know: 

Membership duration: 1 month 

Cancellation notice period: a 1-month notice is required

Final payment: Membership fees are collected every 4 weeks. Because of the 1-month cancellation notice, a second payment will always be charged. However, this payment will be adjusted based on the number of active days remaining in the new period.
